POWOR CREATOR TERMS

These Creator Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Powor Creator Program (“Program”) operated by Powor (“Powor”, “we”, “our”).
By activating a Creator account, using a Creator code, accessing Powor Business, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Powor and the Creator regarding participation in the Program and supersede any prior discussions, messages, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
The Powor Creator Program allows independent creators to promote Powor in exchange for commissions, visibility, and access to creator features.
Participation in the Program does not create:
an employment relationship,
an agency relationship,
an exclusive partnership,
or any joint venture between Powor and the Creator.
Creators remain fully independent.
To participate, you must:
be at least 18 years old or legally authorized in your country,
have a valid Powor account,
provide accurate information,
comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Powor may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Creator account at its sole discretion.
Creators may publish content related to Powor on:
social media platforms,
the Powor application,
or any approved communication channel.
Specific Program levels, requirements, posting expectations, commissions, and rewards may vary at Powor’s discretion depending on Creator profile, performance, activity level, or Program phase.
Powor offers multiple Creator Program levels:
NANO Creators :
- Expected activity: 1-2 posts/week in Powor app (sessions, PRs, stats)
- Optional: mention Powor on social media, code in bio/link
- Benefits: Club access (free), Early Creator badge, repost visibility,
private group, 20% commission + bonus cash
MICRO Creators Phase 1 (Temporary launch offer) :
- Expected activity: 1 video post on social (tagged @powor_app)
- Optional: additional posts, in-app activity
- Duration: 30-day test period
- Benefits: Club access (free), 50% commission
MICRO Creators Phase 2+ :
- Expected activity: 2 posts/month on social, 1 post/week in app
- Optional: code in bio, community participation
- Duration: ongoing partnership
- Benefits: Palier commission (20-40%), bonus cash, direct support, private group
PROGRAM ESCALATION
A Nano Creator can be eligible for Micro Creator Phase 1+.
Escalation is offered by Powor and based on performance. Nano benefits do not carry over to Micro Phase 2+. New agreement applies.
Powor may modify Program structures, benefits, tiers, or requirements at any time.
Powor reserves the right to remove, stop using, or delete any Creator content from its platforms or marketing materials at any time.
Powor may suspend or terminate participation if a Creator engages in conduct that may harm Powor’s reputation, brand image, community, or business interests.
Powor reserves the right to modify program structures, requirements, and benefits at any time with 7 days notice to active Creators.
Benefits may vary depending on Creator activity, Program phase, and availability.
Creators may receive commissions based on eligible subscription payments generated through their Creator code or tracked attribution systems.
Eligible payments may include:
- initial monthly subscriptions (€6.99),
- initial annual subscriptions (€24.99),
- or other validated paid conversions defined by Powor.
Commission Structure by Program:
NANO Creators:
- Commission: 20% per user
- Bonus: €15 @ 5 subs | €40 @ 15 | €100 @ 30
MICRO Creators Phase 1 (30 days - Temporary launch offer):
- Commission: 50% per user for 30-day period
- No bonus during Phase 1
MICRO Creators Phase 2+ (ongoing):
- Commission: 20-40% based on performance tiers
- Bonus: €100 @ 50 | €150 @ 100 | €400 @ 300
Recurring commissions apply to validated subscription renewals while the Creator remains active in the Program.
A Creator remains eligible for commissions only while actively participating in the Program and complying with these Terms.
If a Creator account is suspended or terminated:
previously validated commissions earned before suspension remain payable,
future commissions and renewals may no longer generate payouts.
Powor reserves the right to:
delay payouts for fraud verification,
reverse invalid commissions,
refuse commissions generated through abuse or manipulation.
Powor reserves the right to modify, deactivate, replace, suspend, or remove any Creator code at any time. Changes to commission structures apply prospectively and do not affect previously validated commissions already earned before the modification date.
Payouts are processed through third-party payment providers selected by Powor, including Stripe Connect Express or equivalent services.
Creators are solely responsible for:
taxes,
declarations,
banking information,
local legal obligations,
and payout account compliance.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Powor is not responsible for:
payment provider delays,
banking issues,
tax obligations,
or third-party payout failures.
Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, social contributions, or obligations arising from Program earnings.
BONUS CASH REWARDS (Nano & Micro Phase 2+)
Bonuses are one-time, non-recurring payments triggered when Creator reaches cumulative subscription milestones via their code:
NANO:
- 5 subs → €15
- 15 subs → €40 (cumulative: €55 total)
- 30 subs → €100 (cumulative: €155 total)
MICRO Phase 2+:
- 50 subs → €100
- 100 subs → €150
- 300 subs → €400
Bonuses are paid together with monthly commission payout (typically 5th of each month).
Bonuses are forfeited if Creator account is terminated or suspended before payout date.
The following are strictly prohibited:
fake accounts,
self-referrals,
artificial traffic,
spam promotion,
misleading advertising,
impersonation,
unauthorized paid ads using Powor branding,
unlawful content,
hateful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content,
false claims regarding Powor features or earnings.
Violation may result in:
suspension,
commission cancellation,
Creator removal,
or permanent Program termination.
Artificial conversions, self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized signups, automated activity, or any attempt to manipulate attribution systems are strictly prohibited.
Creator accounts, benefits, and commissions may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed, or assigned without prior written approval from Powor.
All Program benefits, badges, visibility features, dashboard access, and Creator status are temporary, revocable, and granted at Powor’s discretion.
Creators are responsible for complying with advertising and sponsorship laws applicable in their country.
Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed when legally required, including through:
#ad,
#sponsored,
paid partnership labels,
or equivalent disclosures.
Creators remain solely responsible for compliance with local advertising regulations.
Creators retain ownership of their content.
However, by publishing or sharing Powor-related content, the Creator grants Powor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
repost,
reproduce,
distribute,
display,
edit for formatting,
and use such content for marketing, advertising, promotional, social media, or commercial purposes.
This license remains valid for content already published during Program participation. Content licenses granted under these Terms survive termination of the Program.
The Creator authorizes Powor to use their name, username, profile image, likeness, branding, and public content for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and commercial purposes in connection with the Program, without additional compensation.
9. PROGRAM SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Powor may suspend, restrict, or terminate Creator access at any time, with or without notice, including for:
inactivity,
low-quality participation,
abuse,
policy violations,
reputational risk,
fraud,
or business reasons.
ACTIVITY & PROGRAM CONTINUATION
Nano Creators:
- J+30: Powor reviews activity (posts in app or social) at its sole discretion
If active → continue normally
If inactive → Warning status (access maintained, commission active)
- J+45: Second review
If reactivated → return to normal
If still inactive → access paused (code remains active but generates no commission)
- J+60: Final review + contract termination
If still inactive → Creator removed from program
Termination does not affect previously earned commissions
Creator may reactivate anytime with new agreement.
Micro Creators:
- Phase 1 is a 30-day test period only
- J+20: Powor reviews performance (possibility Phase 2) at its sole discretion
- J+30: Phase 1 ends. Creator may retry later or move to Phase 2 if applicable
- Same inactivity timeline as Nano applies to Phase 2+
Creators may leave the Program at any time.
Powor may review Creator activity periodically and may suspend inactive Creator accounts.
Termination of the Program does not affect previously earned and validated payouts prior to suspension.
Powor does not guarantee:
revenue,
visibility,
audience growth,
conversions,
sponsorship opportunities,
or partnership duration.
Creator performance depends entirely on audience engagement, content quality, and external factors.
Apple, Google, and third-party platforms are not sponsors of the Program and are not responsible for Program operations, rewards, or payouts.
11. MODIFICATIONS
Powor may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions may be communicated through:
the application,
email,
the dashboard,
or the Powor website.
Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Powor shall not be liable for:
indirect damages,
loss of income,
loss of audience,
platform bans,
third-party actions,
or Creator business losses.
The Program is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Creators agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Powor, including product roadmaps, analytics, creator dashboard data, performance metrics, business information, internal communications, unreleased features, and strategic information.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the Program shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
